2024 Registration
To register, add lodging & selected activities to your cart and check out.
Payment must be received to confirm registration.
Ensure you have included lodging for yourself and whoever else will be in attendance, as well as any activities in which you intend to participate. This allows us to confirm numbers for events and calculate the final cost for all attendees.
There may not be opportunity to participate in some activities if you do not register in advance, due to pre-booking requirements.
Merch cost is final, except for the mystery item, which is currently deposit only. Leaving merch selection until later will result in very limited availability.
Please note registering for lodging and activities reserves a space and is a deposit only - final costs will be communicated at a later date, closer to the event. At that point, event organisers will send a request for the balance.
Lodging
For 2024 we are back at our “regular” lodge, with capacity for over 20 people. The best rooms go to those who book first!
If you’d like to share a room with another person, be sure to add them as a second adult.
Activities
For 2024 we have two paid activities - both will count for event trophy rights!
Autocross: Rental helmets available, although you are encouraged to bring your own as long as it meets the current standard. Your vehicle will need to pass the technical self-inspection.
Indoor karting: Compete in our 4-race private event! Rental helmets available.
Merch!
We are known for killer merchandise - always top quality with custom designs. Bucking the trend this is event merch you DO wear out!

The Run of the Ogopogo is a car meet comprised of a bunch of random nerds who decided to drive their fun Toyotas together around the Okanagan a few years ago and is not a singular legal entity. Participants assume their own liability and full responsibility for their actions and are required to conduct themselves in accordance with all local laws, bylaws, and social customs. Anti-social behaviour is not condoned and will result in expulsion. The organisers of the Run of the Ogopogo are not responsible for any potential loss or damages to vehicles, personal property, or actual persons.
